The developer of a brand new apartment complex in El Paso's Lower Valley broke ground last week on the $15 million project that will provide more housing options to residents in the area.
This marks the start of construction on the North Loop Apartments which will bring 214 units to a vacant lot near the intersection of North Loop Drive and Loop 375/Americas Avenue.
Six apartments structures will be three stories each and surround a park area that includes a playground and picnic shelters. A clubhouse will be nearby and will include a party room, a business center, and a fitness center.
